Join Lynn Zinser and Allie Mandikos for this unique combination of yoga and sound healing. Lynn, who teaches multiple styles of yoga as well as meditation and leads the teaching team at Hot Yoga Asheville, will lead a gentle Flow practice, followed by some deep stretching Yin postures, accompanied by the soul-soothing sounds of Allie’s crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments. We will conclude with the total relaxation of a sound healing journey. Please bring a yoga mat as well as any pillows, blankets or other props for your comfort! Recommended donation $15-35.
