General Hotel Policies
What is the minimum age to check in?
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and check in to either property. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Do you offer valet parking?
Charleston: Valet parking is available for $45 per night with unlimited in/out privileges.
Asheville: Valet parking is available for $40 per night with unlimited in/out privileges.
Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?
Charleston: EV charging is available nearby. Our concierge can guide you to the closest station.
Asheville: Limited EV charging available on-site. Please inquire with Guest Services upon arrival.
Are your hotels pet-friendly?
Yes! Both locations welcome dogs under 40 lbs with a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. Pets are not permitted in food service areas or on rooftops.
Can non-guests access the pool or rooftop spaces?
Access to the pool and rooftop lounge spaces is reserved for registered overnight guests only.
Is the pool open year-round?
Charleston: The rooftop pool is open seasonally.
Asheville: There is no pool at this location, but guests can enjoy rooftop dining at The Observatory.

Are there restaurants on-site?
Charleston: Yes, guests can dine at The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits or grab coffee and pastries at The Rise.
Asheville: Yes, enjoy dining at The Watch, cocktails and views at The Observatory, and laid-back drinks and games at The Draftsman.
Do your restaurants require reservations?
The Watch (Charleston): Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner.
The Observatory (Asheville): Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are encouraged for peak hours.
The Watch (Asheville): Reservations are suggested for dinner.
The Draftsman (Asheville): No reservation needed.
Is there a dress code for your restaurants?
Come as you are! All are welcome!
Can children dine at the restaurants?
Yes, all dining outlets at both hotels are family-friendly.
Do you offer in-room dining?
Yes, limited in-room dining is available during select hours. Please check the in-room menu or contact Guest Services.

Charleston: In-room massages are available and can be booked through our Guest Curator.
Asheville: In-room wellness treatments can be arranged upon request.

The Asheville property has 24/7 fitness centers equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and Peloton bikes.

Yes, both hotels offer suites and select connecting room options. Please call the reservations team to confirm availability.

How far are the hotels from the nearest airport?
Charleston: ~25 minutes from Charleston International Airport (CHS).
Asheville: ~20 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL).

Yes. Guests have access to printing, scanning, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Our concierge is happy to assist with business needs.
