Designed to energize the body and reset the mind, Restore & Rise brings together Charleston’s most inspiring movement leaders for intimate, feel-good classes, followed by a complimentary coffee at The Rise.
Rather than rushing through a workout, this series invites you to slow down, move well, and begin your Friday with purpose.
A Thoughtful Wellness Series in the Heart of Charleston
Charleston’s wellness community continues to evolve. However, not every class creates space for connection, calm, and creativity. Restore & Rise was designed to do exactly that.
Each class is intentionally limited to approximately 16 to 20 participants. As a result, every session feels personal, unrushed, and community-focused. The Port’s light-filled setting offers a serene backdrop for movement, while each instructor brings their own unique approach to strength, balance, and mindful motion.
In addition, every attendee is invited to enjoy a complimentary coffee at The Rise Coffee Bar after class. This post-class ritual encourages guests to linger, refuel, and ease into the rest of the day.
What Is Restore & Rise?
Restore & Rise is a weekly wellness series at The Restoration Charleston that blends movement, mindfulness, and hospitality.
Held every Friday morning at 9:30 AM, each session features a different local wellness partner. The rotating format allows guests to experience a variety of movement styles, from strength training and Pilates to dance and mindful fusion classes.
