Asheville North Carolina’s newest restaurants, The Exchange Restaurant & Bar and The Observatory Bar + Lounge both assemble mountain flavors into each unique dish and craft cocktail. The Exchange, located on Patton Avenue and across from Pritchard Park is breathing a new flavor profile into the downtown Asheville restaurant scene with dishes like their Mushroom Bolognese and Sopresatta & Copp flatbread.

For the perfect viewpoint of the cities, both destination hotels offer rooftop views at The Observatory in Asheville or The Watch in Charleston.
