General Hotel Policies

What is the minimum age to check in?

Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and check in to either property. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Charleston: Valet parking is available for $45 per night with unlimited in/out privileges.

Asheville: Valet parking is available for $40 per night with unlimited in/out privileges.

Charleston: EV charging is available nearby. Our concierge can guide you to the closest station.

Asheville: Limited EV charging available on-site. Please inquire with Guest Services upon arrival.

Yes! Both locations welcome well-behaved dogs under 40 lbs, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Pet fees vary by property and are outlined below. For everyone’s comfort, pets are not permitted in food service areas or on rooftops.

Charleston: Up to two pets per room. $150 per night, capped at $400 per stay.

Asheville: Up to two pets per room. $75 per night, capped at $250 per stay.

Access to the pool and rooftop lounge spaces is reserved for registered overnight guests only.

Charleston: The rooftop pool is open seasonally.

Asheville: There is no pool at this location, but guests can enjoy rooftop dining at The Observatory.

Dining & Amenities

 Are there restaurants on-site?

 Charleston: Yes, guests can dine at The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits or grab coffee and pastries at The Rise.

Asheville: Yes, enjoy dining at The Watch, cocktails and views at The Observatory, and laid-back drinks and games at The Draftsman.

 The Watch (Charleston): Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner.

The Observatory (Asheville): Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are encouraged for peak hours.

The Watch (Asheville): Reservations are suggested for dinner.

The Draftsman (Asheville): No reservation needed.
