We have compiled the following information to share answers to our guests’ most Frequently Asked Questions, as well as, share our policies and protocols on property at The Restoration Hotels.
MODIFYING YOUR RESERVATION
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations for single bedroom suites must be canceled no later than 4pm 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty.
Cancellations inside of 7 days will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Reservations in any of our two or three bedrooms may cancel without penalty up to 4pm 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Inside of 30 days reservations in our two and three bedrooms are 100% guaranteed.
CHECK IN
Check in time at The Restoration Hotel is daily at 4pm; we will do everything possible to have your room ready before you arrive, however we cannot guarantee check ins prior to 4pm. We are happy to hold your luggage at the Front Desk while you enjoy our Community Outlets including The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits, The Library, The Rise, or The Mercantile.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11am each day. If you require a late check out, please coordinate with our Front Desk or Guest Services Coordinator. As with Check In, we are happy to hold your luggage at the Front Desk while you enjoy our Community Outlets including The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits, The Library, The Rise, or The Mercantile.
PET POLICY
The policy has been updated. We accept pets in select rooms for a non-refundable fee of $75 per day
(maximum $250 per stay).
PARKING
The structure directly beside the hotel is closed, and the secondary option is located at 69 Wentworth Street (one block away). Guests using self-parking can still utilize valet services for luggage unloading.
VALET
Valet is available at a rate of $38 per vehicle, per night. Valet spaces are limited in availability and are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
The Restoration Hotel is a non-smoking property. Everyone on property must abide by The Restoration Hotel’s smoking policies.
Anyone on The Restoration Hotel premises must abide by the smoking policy and adhere to all applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations. No forms of smoking (including, and not limited to, e-cigarettes and vapes) are allowed inside of The Restoration Hotel or within twenty (20) feet of any entrance. The Restoration Hotel reserves the right to forbid smoking on the premises with any violation of this policy being subject to a smoking fee and/or removal from the property. A non-refundable $250 smoking charge will be added in the event this policy is not adhered to.
QUIET HOURS
Out of respect for our patrons, guests of The Restoration Hotel are asked to observe Quiet Hours on Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 7am and Friday & Saturday from 11am to 7am.
APPLICABLE LAW
Hotel guests and patrons agree to abide by all applicable laws, including, but not limited to federal, state and local laws while on the Hotel premises.
HOTEL TRADEMARK RIGHTS
Guests of The Restoration Hotel should not use the names, logos, trademarks, colors, photographs, or other identifying characteristics of the brand or its affiliates without obtaining prior written approval from The Restoration Hotel for the specified purpose.
